Improv Everywhere is a New York City-based improv group dedicated to causing “scenes of chaos and joy in public places,” and it’s just released a film teaser for a documentary it’s hoping to get made with some help from Kickstarter. The director of the film, Matt Adams, would like to tell the story about the group, as well as the performers’ own personal accounts. He’s hoping to raise at least $125,000, which would fund all the nuts and bolts, from editing and animation, all the way down to the footage rights of a 2007 pilot that would help flesh out the story. Of course, with every incrementally bigger donation you give to the project, you’ll receive a gift in return. Here are five of our favorites from Improv Everywhere’s YouTube channel.
